Functional Neuro Health – Foundations Membership Subscription
Effective Date: 10 September 2025

By enrolling in the FNH Foundations Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our educational materials, support fair access, and maintain the high standards of our practitioner community.

1. Subscription & Payment

  • The FNH Foundations Membership is structured as a 12-month subscription, billed weekly.

  • Upon registration, you receive a 7-day free trial, including access to Week 1 and the private community.

  • After the trial, your subscription automatically continues at $97 AUD per week, billed on the same day of the week you enrolled.

  • The full membership equates to $4,947 AUD over 52 weeks.

2. Program Structure

  • The structured training phase of the program is delivered over approximately 4–6 months, with weekly drip-fed modules.

  • You will also receive mentoring calls and private community access for the first 4 months to support your learning.

  • The remaining months of your subscription are for practice and integration, giving you time to refine your skills and apply the material in clinic.

  • On successful completion of your exam at the end of the program, you will:

    • Retain ongoing access to course materials, and

    • Be invited to join the FNH Alumni community.

3. Free Trial

  • Your 7-day free trial is intended as a “try before you buy.”

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at $97 AUD per week.

  • Cancelling before the trial ends means no payment will be taken and your access will cease.

4. Cancellation & Access

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your member portal or by contacting our support team.

  • Access to course materials and community ends immediately upon cancellation, if you cancel before the 12 months. 

  • No refunds are provided for weeks already billed. Please cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • All course content—including manuals, videos, assessments, and frameworks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Functional Neuro Health.

  • Materials are licensed only for your personal learning during the membership.

  • Sharing, teaching, distributing, or publishing program materials without written permission is prohibited.

  • Breach of these terms may result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

6. Community Conduct

  • Members are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.

  • Sharing client data, personal health information, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

  • Functional Neuro Health reserves the right to remove any member who does not adhere to these standards, without refund.

7. Educational Disclaimer

  • The program is an educational membership for practitioners.

  • It does not constitute individualised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Application of techniques and methods remains your responsibility and must stay within your professional scope of practice and local regulations.

8. Modifications

  • Functional Neuro Health reserves the right to update the content, delivery schedule, or program structure to improve educational quality.

  • Updates to these terms will be posted on our official website or communicated via email.
